Order and Delivery Terms

General

Tarutupa is a webstore that sells it's own products aswell as products from other vendors. Tarutupa witholds the right to change these delivery conditions by unilateral decision without any notice.

Payment

Payment on the webstore is possible with the online payment buttons of all Finnish banks, Visa-, Visa Electron-, Bussiness Eurocard- and Mastercard-cards. 

Payment Service Provider

As an implementer of the payment brokerage service and as a payment service provider works Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery and Delivery Fees

At the checkout of the webstore, you can choose your preferred delivery method. The transport service available is the mail. The delivery costs included in the order are shown on the webstore's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs. Check the condition of the package as soon as you pick up the order.  If the package and the products are damaged in transit, a damage report must be made immediately to the shipping company that delivered the package. Delivery Time

The delivery times of the products are indicated in the product information. Mainly, the delivery time is 2-10 business days, but this may vary by product. Possibly different delivery times are written in the webstore's page seperately. Custom works delivery time is always indicated on an order-by-order basis when the order is agreed upon.

Return Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Act, products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return starting from the receipt of the order. Failure to pick up an order is not a refund.

Check the incoming products as soon as the package arrives. The customer has the right to get to know the product at home in the same way as they could get to know it in a store, but the product cannot be used without losing the right to return it. The returning product must be equivalent to new and fully marketable. Report incorrect delivery or defective product here tarutupa@outlook.com. A defective product is treated as a customer return, in which case we pay the return costs. After you complain about the product by e-mail, you will receive more detailed instructions.

When returning products, you must always notify us of the cancellation/return to the seller via email. The customer receives a return form, which they will attach to the completed return or provides the corresponding information in writing by e-mail. In the case of returns, we deduct the shipping costs from the returns. The customer pays the shipping costs of the return themselves. Returns are always the responsibility of the customer, and please ask for a return receipt from the transport company. We do not redeem post advance returns. After the order has been returned to Tarutupa Oy and we have found the products to be faulty, we will refund the amount of the products within 30 days of receiving the product.

In the event of a trade, the customer pays the costs of returning the product, and Taitajapuoti Terttu pays the shipping costs of the new product once.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the address information and phone number are correct in the order. We are not responsible for the message traffic of transport companies. Failure to pick up the package is followed by the return of the package to Tarutupa or returning the package without notification does not oblige the seller to cancel the transaction. For a possible redelivery, we will charge the customer the new delivery costs and the return costs invoiced by the carrier.
